Brianna C. Repetto, Esq.
Educational Background
Brianna had known she wanted to be a lawyer since she was 16 years old, and never changed her mind. She grew up in Hebron, CT where she was fortunate enough to attend a public school that offered a Pre-Law class. She went on to attend Merrimack College in North Andover, MA where she studied English and Pre-Law and graduated, magna cum laude, with her B.A. Brianna later earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, which is also where she met her husband.
Legal Experience
Before graduating law school, Brianna worked for 3 private law firms specializing in criminal and family law, represented criminal defendants under Rule 3:03 of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court through her externship with the public defender’s office (CPCS) in Fall River, represented criminal defendants under Rule 9 of the Rhode Island Supreme Court through the Roger Williams University Criminal Defense Clinic, competed in moot court competitions, and interned at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts (CLCM) where she gained valuable experience in family law, education law, and juvenile justice. After graduating law school, Brianna studied for the bar, successfully passed the bar, and practiced law for 2.5 years as an associate attorney (appearing in criminal and family courts across the State of Rhode Island daily, trying cases, meeting with clients, etc.) before starting her own firm.

Fun Fact: Brianna is also a co-author in the book A Practical Guide to Trying DUI Cases in Rhode Island by author Stefanie A. Murphy et al. In this book, Attorney Repetto contributed to chapters 2 & 7, leveraging her expertise in DUI cases.
Personal Interests
Brianna enjoys organizing, exercising, refurbishing furniture, painting, and most of all hanging out with her husband and 3 cats (Eoghan, Lenny & Fiadh).
